Alarm not working

Alarm doesnt work properly. I set an alarm at 18.30 Tokyo time but it didnt ring, so I checked at 19.00 and found that it showed "30 mins left". Checked again 5 mins later it showed "35 mins left". Looks like the alarm counts time backwards.
